Dragon Boating

Formed from a core group of Breast Cancer Survivors, the Springfield Dragon Rays dragon boat team has grown to embrace paddlers from all walks of life. Any age (18+), fitness, and experience level is welcome! From November to April, indoor strength, flexibility, and paddle machine workouts guided by a coach help you achieve your fitness goals and get introduced to paddling technique. In warm weather, we take to the water with our coach - for fun, for recreation, to improve, and to race. Pick any, or all, when you start dragon boating at PVRC.
