Coaching talent wanted

We have openings for the positions shown here. Winning candidates should be passionate about coaching their sports--rowing and/or paddling--with youth and adults from the recreational to competitive level. We are looking for a positive attitude, high energy, and an appreciation of the goals and challenges of the non-profit world. All positions offer competitive compensation based on experience.


August 2021

We are seeking a coach with competitive rowing experience, management skills, and non-profit interests to lead and grow a 30-youth, 20-masters rowing program and its coaches to the next level. Our current rowing programs range from community-based to highly-competitive. Upcoming projects include boathouse redesign planning, fleet upgrade, and outreach expansion. Spanish a plus. Year-round, part- to full-time, starts August 2021.

Rowers! Coxswains! Coaches! Come teach junior rowers in Springfield MA to learn, improve, and excel at rowing, afternoons 3pm to 6pm, Monday - Thursday. If you believe diversity is the future of rowing, and want to make a difference in a community rowing program, please apply! Season starts 8/23, and ends 11/6.
