Winning candidates should be passionate about coaching their sports--rowing and/or paddling--with youth and adults from the recreational to competitive level. We are looking for a positive attitude, high energy, and an appreciation of the goals and challenges of the non-profit world. All positions offer competitive compensation based on experience.
HEAD COACH - ROWING

As Head Coach of a community boathouse in western Massachusetts (Springfield MA) you can expect: to apply and improve your abilities in community engagement, leadership, teamwork, fundraising, non-profit operations, youth development, program design, and more while coaching rowing. We need your organized methods, flexible attitude, energetic personality, sense of humor, and attenttion to deatil in our boathuose!

ASSISTANT ROWING COACH

Rowers! Coxswains! Coaches! Come teach junior rowers in Springfield MA to learn, improve, and excel at rowing, afternoons 3pm to 6pm, Monday - Thursday. If you believe diversity is the future of rowing, and want to make a difference in a community rowing program, please apply!
