We have openings for the positions shown here. Winning candidates should be passionate about coaching their sports--rowing and/or paddling--with youth and adults from the recreational to competitive level. We are looking for a positive attitude, high energy, and an appreciation of the goals and challenges of the non-profit world. All positions offer competitive compensation based on experience.
ASSISTANT ROWING COACH
Part Time
Rowers! Coxswains! Coaches! Come lead our Junior rowers and/or Masters team in Springfield MA to learn, improve, and excel at rowing. Juniors practice afternoons 3:30-5:30pm, Monday - Fridays, Masters practice 2 evenings and select mornings. Availability for all weekly sessions of a particular group is not required. If you believe diversity is the future of rowing, and want to make a difference in a community rowing program, please apply! Year-round opportunities to work, volunteer, and/or gain non-profit experience.
