Work toward your fitness goals with friends and a coach
Adults and young adults (age 12+) can sign up for a session of weekly coached indoor workouts with variety to keep things moving.
8-week youth sessions begin after school on Wednesday, January 17th for experienced youth rowers and on Friday, January 19th for those new to the sport.
Adults can start any time!
Lifting weights offsite at a state-of-the-art gym and experiencing rowing in an indoor collegiate training facility are just some of the options in the winter program. Everyone gets to train on PVRC's indoor rowing machines. Winter is a great time to set fitness goals, track your progress with friends and coaches, and enjoy the success of reaching those goals.
