The CRI Fall Classic Regatta is an early-season 3 mile Head Race on a buoyed course supervised by US Rowing refs on the Charles River. All rowers are invited to CRI's amazing Harry Parker Boathouse. There will be food trucks.

First race starts at 10:00 a.m.
Parking at boathouse for registered trailers only. Car toppers will need to drop boats and park off-site. Parking available (1) on North Beacon St. across the bridge, and (2) in Herter/Artesani parking lot 1.5 mi. down Soldiers Field Rd. Shuttle bus will run from Herter/Artesani parking lot to CRI.

Celebrating its 21st year, the Head of the Riverfront offers head-style competition on the Connecticut River for high school, collegiate and masters rowers. The Head of the Riverfront is a USRowing Registered Regatta. Every USRowing-sanctioned event is led by a jury of USRowing-trained and certified officials, and registration with USRowing designates the regatta as a nationally recognized safe and fair event.
Riverfront Recapture is a private, non-profit organization leading the effort to reconnect metropolitan Hartford with the Connecticut River by providing access to four Riverfront parks in Hartford and East Hartford. Each year, beginning in 1998, we host a head style regatta offering competition on the Connecticut River for high school, collegiate, and masters rowers.

On Sunday, October 16th we have been invited to Hartford, CT for a fun and friendly rowing scrimmage. All development team and varsity rowers will have an opportunity to race a 3 mile head race on the CT River. The scrimmage will take place at 4:30 pm and all athletes should be at the Riverfront boat house no later than 3:30 pm so that we can rig and launch boats on time. Please bring some food to share and all friends and family members are welcome to attend.

For a lively and energetic venue, check out the Reunion Village where alumni and spectators gather to support their favorite teams. Visit the Rowing and Fitness Expo at the finish line to test out a rowing machine or browse vendor merchandise.
