Morning Training: 5:45 am – 7 am T, Th
Invigorate your day! Each workout day will focus on an aspect of training complementary to rowing. Each participant works at his or her own level. Progressions can be individualized for best results. Please register. All levels are welcome.
XFit with Tom: 12 pm–12:45 pm M, W, F
Looking to charge your weekday? XFit will give you everything you can handle in a 45-minute indoor workout. Rowing intervals, strength training and your own body weight will rev you up for the rest of the day. Tom designs each circuit to target overall health, muscular strength and endurance. Please register. All levels are welcome.

Project Coach's mission is to bridge economic, educational and social divisions facing Springfield's youth by empowering and employing teenagers to become sport coaches and academic mentors to elementary school students.
High School Winter Crew Training with Tom: 3:30p – 5:30p M, W, F + 9:30a – 11a Sat
Teams that train together, win together! Coach Tom’s systematic, structured training program produces results that each
rower tracks to achieve his or her goals and prepare for the Spring season. Indoor rowing competitions, from our own Rockrimmon Ergatta, to CRASH-Bs and other events will punctuate the season. Prerequisite: one season of rowing or tryout with Coach Tom.
Cross-Level Adult Row with Tom: 6p – 8p M, W + 7:30a – 9a Sat
Whether you are looking for a new challenge, or are a seasoned rower, this session is for you. Experience the full body workout rowing provides via scalable exercises for all ages, levels of fitness and experience. Just what you need to stay fit, experiencing strength, aerobic and flexibility training. Walk-ins welcome. All levels are welcome.
Adult Dragon Boat Training: 6 pm – 7:30 pm T, Th
We will be “huffin and puffin” together to build fitness and overall strength and flexibility. Participants train on rowing machines and use different strength training tools like kettle bells, sports cords, resistance bands and balance boards in a circuit training format. Come join the fun! Walk-ins welcome. All levels are welcome.
Saturday Open Workout with Tom: 7:30 am – 9a
